Maddy is a social media specialist with experience in content creation, crisis communications and community management. Stops before Princeton include her undergraduate alma mater, Penn State, where she created daily content for various Penn State accounts, as well as the American Cancer Society and the firms Devon PR and Design 446. In addition to her bachelor's in public relations from PSU, Maddy also holds a master's degree in PR from Kent State.

Jessica is a social media professional with experience in content development and storytelling, community management and crisis communication. Before joining Princeton, she was the community manager at New York-Presbyterian Hospital where she co-founded the social media program. Prior to the hospital, Jessica served the City of New York under the Bloomberg Administration, overseeing online communications and social strategy for the Department of Education.
