Hootsuite Subprocessors

Last updated: February 12, 2018

To support the delivery of our Services, Hootsuite Inc. (“Hootsuite”)  may engage and use data processors (each, a "Subprocessor") with access to the Customer Content and Mentions (collectively, “Customer Data”) customers may submit to or retrieve from the Hootsuite Services. This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in your agreement with Hootsuite for the provision of Hootsuite’s Services (the “Agreement”).

Subprocessors

Hootsuite currently uses third-party Subprocessors to provide infrastructure services, and to help us provide customer support and email notifications. Prior to engaging any third-party Subprocessor, Hootsuite evaluates their privacy, security and confidentiality practices. Hootsuite also requires its Subprocessors to be bound by written agreements that require them to provide, to the extent the Subprocessor is providing the same data processing services that are being provided by Hootsuite, at least the same level of data protection in all material respects as Hootsuite makes available under its data processing addendum.
